How many guests can The Farmstead and/or Renfro House hold?

 Between the inside main runway holding up to 300, paired with the extra outdoor space, we can work with most any number on your guest list! There are several options of seating arrangements. We will customize this to your liking once you have booked.

The Renfro House holds up to 100, but is more ideal for 80 if you wish to have a dance area also.

Can we set up before the wedding?

Yes! All of our packages include time to set up before the start of your wedding. If you are having a morning wedding, we can customize a time to work with you as well to set up before! Although at The Farmstead, we do not suggest any type of set-up until the day of due to it being primarily an open-air venue.

Are pets welcome?

If you wish to have a pet included in your wedding, you are more than welcome to!  Of course service dogs are always welcome as well! Pets are not allowed to be crated inside rooms or house.

Is your venue handicap accessible? 

Yes! All doors, doorways and bathrooms are ADA compliant in The Barn. However, the Renfro House is not.

Who sets up the tables and chairs?

Depending on which package you choose, We do! That is one large task that we tackle so that you don't have to! We will discuss how you would like the reception to be set up and we will have it ready for you when you arrive! 

Do we have to use your vendors?

No, you are welcome to use your own! We do have a list of great recommended vendors available to you when you book along with their contacts. (Photographer, Videographer, DJ, Caterers).
